Full disclosure, Jacob was a (great) neighbor of ours for a couple of years. However, we did research regarding his reviews when it came to his being a realtor, which all had great things to say about Jacob. Also, it made sense that we hire Jacob based on the fact that he too lived in our neighborhood and was familiar with it. Jacob definitely was an all round great realtor for us, communication was key and he kept us informed, responded to us quickly via text/phone call/email. He listened to our needs and concerns. He was professional, yet easy going. He made sure that our closing was as smooth as possible, which can be a bit stressful. We highly recommend him as a realtor!
