Irma went over and above her responsibilities helping me sell my home. After the passing of my husband, she became a friend first, then my realtor. This is the second time we worked with Irma; both were quite tricky and Irma handled both times expertly. The first time was buying our home in South Bend from abroad (I'm from the U.K., my wife from Poland), and moving in. Irma was clear with communications and accommodating despite the distance, providing video tours of properties and being our eyes on the ground. When we arrived in the U.S. to close the sale, Irma went out of her way, showing us around and introducing us to South Bend (and America!). Where we had trouble navigating this process (it was very difficult transferring our house deposit into a local U.S. bank from a foreign currency), Irma was patient and helpful. Without Irma our purchase would have been significantly more stressful, if not impossible. Once we left the U.S. Irma helped us sell: she was expert with marketing, and here again, went the extra mile, acting as our power of attorney to close the sale with expert professionalism. Six stars - no safer hands.
